Kitchen duties include making sushi (place toppings on machine shari - presentation matters!), cooking assistance, dishwashing, and kitchen cleaning. Some hall tasks included. Clear procedures but room for creativity. Weekly shift system. Operating 9:00-24:00. Minimum 2 days per week and 3 hours per day.
General: 1,120 yen. High school: 1,100 yen. Deep night (22:00+): 1,400 yen. Weekend/holiday: +50 yen. Training 60 hours (general 1,085 yen, HS 1,085 yen). Advance pay available.
