This is a hall and kitchen staff position at Marugame Seimen's Ueno Chuo-dori location in Taito Ward, Tokyo, directly beside Ueno Station and Keisei Ueno Station.
Duties are divided into clear tasks — welcoming customers, udon cooking assistance, tempura frying, dishwashing, hall cleanup, and cashier — so each staff member can work efficiently without feeling overwhelmed.
Lunch shift hours run from 09:00 to 18:00, and the station-front location makes commuting very convenient.
No experience is required, and thorough step-by-step training with detailed manuals and recipes is provided for all new staff.
