Temp-to-perm (direct hire after 6 months). Duties include seating guests, taking orders, serving dishes, cashier, and simple plating/cooking support. Local regulars and tourists. 4-5 staff per shift. Foreign language skills welcome but not required.
Shift examples: 11:00-20:00 or 14:00-22:00 (actual 8 hours, 1 hour break). 5 days per week including weekends/holidays. Late operating hours mean relaxed start times.
Paid period earnings: 235,000+ yen/month (21 days). After direct hire: 王人しの人 at 210,000+ yen/month with raises and bonuses. Hair color, nails, casual clothes all OK.
High school graduation required. No experience needed (dining experience welcome). Positive attitude valued.
