Opening staff recruitment. Individual owner shop with maximum freedom.

Hall and kitchen duties: serve izakaya food and drinks, cook in the kitchen, and handle dishwashing. Opening staff - everyone starts together.
Weekly shift submissions. Flexible: last train, curfew, late start all OK.
Operating 11:00-5:00. Minimum 1 day per week and 3 hours per day.
Week 4+: 1,500 yen. Week 1-3: 1,300 yen. Deep night (22:00+): 25% UP.
Training period with same conditions. Salary increases.
