This is a prepared food cooking and bento plating position at a popular delicatessen inside Shibuya Tokyu Food Show, a 1-minute walk from Shibuya Station.
Main tasks include bento plating and preparation of everyday Japanese dishes such as braised chicken wings, simmered meat and potatoes, and konnyaku stir-fry, as well as seasonal items.
Up to 40-50kg of chicken wings may be prepared on busy days, making this a high-volume, fast-paced kitchen where time passes quickly.
Cooking experience is required, and the early morning shift (07:00-16:00) allows staff to finish by mid-afternoon.
