Description

Work as a meat preparation and cooking staff member at a teppanyaki restaurant in Kure, handling meat trimming, prep work, and cooking over an open grill counter.

You will perform trimming, fat removal, and odor treatment on cuts of meat, then progress to heating and cooking duties as you gain familiarity with the role.

Dishwashing duties are not part of this role, and there are no work quotas, allowing you to focus fully on food preparation with one-on-one guidance from experienced staff.

The workplace is clean and well-equipped, with shifts available 3 to 4 days a week including weekends.
