Kitchen and Hall Staff (Part-Time)

Work at Sanchome-no-Yuta (DD Group), a retro taishu izakaya in Shinjuku-ku (Shinjuku 3-6-11, Daiichi-Tamaya Building 1F), 2 minutes walk from Shinjuku-Sanchome Station (Marunouchi/Fukutoshin).

Kitchen duties include:

• Preparation and cooking of gyusuji-nikomi
• Skewering and grilling yakiton
• Cooking assistance

Hall duties include:

• Taking orders
• Serving Japanese sake, shochu, and beer
• Table setting
