Part-time Sushi Hall & Kitchen Staff

Work at Sushi Shizen Dotonbori, an authentic Edomae sushi restaurant that opened in December 2025 in Osaka's Dotonbori area.

Currently recruiting second-wave opening staff for both hall service and kitchen positions.

Weekday evening shifts from 17:30 to 23:00, and weekend shifts from 11:00 to 23:00 with lunch-only or dinner-only options.

The restaurant is just 3 minutes walk from both Shinsaibashi Station and Nagahoribashi Station.

Flexible scheduling from just 1 day per week and 4 hours per day. Shift submissions every 2 weeks.

Daily and cash hand payment available. Training provided for complete beginners.
