Kitchen duties include sushi preparation (shari is formed by machine so you simply place the toppings), cooking support, dishwashing, and kitchen cleaning.
The work is straightforward and no prior experience is needed; senior staff provide thorough on-the-job training so even first-time part-timers can start with confidence.
Shifts are set weekly and start from 2 days a week and 3 hours a day, making it easy to balance with family life.
