Summer Academic and Student Activities Program Coordinator

Springdale Preparatory School seeks a temporary Summer Academic and Student Activities Program Coordinator for summer 2026. This position plans, implements, and fulfills student activities for our summer international dual diplomia program of about 130 students from June 29 to August 21. This includes planning and attending weekly field trips and partnering with the residential life team to coordinate and plan weekend activities, both on- and off- campus, including scheduling, itinerary, transportation needs.

Qualified applicants should hold the following in education and experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Prior experience managing, training, and leading groups of students
• Experience with managing contracts with outside vendors/partners
• Prior experience in working with upper school students
• Commitment to using professional role to further the creation of an equitable and inclusive school community

• Interest in making a positive impact on the lives of adolescents
