Work at a ship engine repair company in Shiogama City (Kitahama area), Miyagi, handling repair coordination and office support, 3 minutes walk from Higashi-Shiogama Station.
Temp-to-perm (direct hire after up to 6 months). Duties include coordinating with ship owners and engineers, creating estimates, arranging materials, and managing repair schedules.
Varied work across office and on-site tasks. Mechanical knowledge a plus.
Weekday daytime shift from 8:00 to 17:00 (actual 8 hours, 1 hour lunch break). Sundays and holidays off plus shift-based weekly 2 days off.
Average overtime 16h/month. Monthly earnings 220,000+ yen (20 days + 16h overtime).
JLPT N4+ required. Valid residence status required. Retirement benefit from day 1.
Resume and work history required for application.
No experience required (mechanical knowledge a plus). Long-term with path to direct hire.
