Assignments include sorting, picking, and event staff duties; shifts can span a single daytime site, a combined day-and-night rotation, or up to three sites in one continuous shift for maximum daily earnings.
Daily guaranteed pay means you receive the full day rate even if a site finishes ahead of schedule, and hand cash same-day payment is available for daily and weekly pay options.
A joining bonus of 100,000 yen is provided separately from regular pay, and qualification holders receive additional daily allowances with the company covering the cost of obtaining new qualifications.
No resume is required; attending a 30-minute on-site briefing is all that is needed to start working from the following day.
Hair color and personal style are unrestricted, and direct travel to and from the worksite is permitted.
