Work at the ZOZOTOWN logistics center in Narashino City as a team leader handling roll call, shift scheduling for a team of around 10 staff, and joining the production floor for light warehouse work and giving operational instructions when needed.
Desk work such as shift creation makes up approximately half the role and floor supervision the other half.
The facility is air-conditioned and fully equipped with break rooms and clean washrooms, making it comfortable for all staff.
Training starts with business etiquette and OJT with a senior staff member, with the aim of working independently within 2 to 6 months.
Salary increase twice per year.
