Job Summary

Our team of Paraplanners is responsible for the creation of high-quality advice documents and product research for our team of employed and external advisers. The client experience is at the centre of everything we do. We place a high priority on the accuracy and technical expertise of our teams, and we value the way this positively impacts a client's journey with us.

Key Responsibilities

The responsibilities of the Paraplanner role include:

  • Production of high quality advice documents that meets compliance requirements and support great client outcomes.
  • Review submissions to raise queries that enhance the efficiency of preparing the advice.
  • Review completed advice to enhance the quality of the advice document.
  • Supporting junior team members with coaching and knowledge sharing.
  • Complete accurate research on changes to products, services, legislation, and strategy options.
  • Collaborate with Advisers and Associate Advisers in the production of advice documents.
  • Complete strategy analysis such as product cost comparisons, indicative quotes and capital projections.

Requirements

  • Experience as a Paraplanner or in a related role.
  • Strong technical expertise and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Strong research and analytical skills.
