Role Overview

Nexus is seeking a Technical Recruiter based in LATAM to support our rapid growth across Engineering, Product, and Research teams. In this role, you will manage the end-to-end recruitment process for high-impact technical roles while driving sourcing strategies in the LATAM region and beyond.

You will work closely with hiring managers and the Talent Acquisition team to deliver a seamless candidate experience, ensure operational excellence in the hiring process, and help scale our world-class technical organization as we build the future of the Verifiable Internet.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for technical roles across Engineering, Product, and Research functions—from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract top technical talent in the LATAM region and beyond.
• Work closely with hiring managers and the Talent Acquisition team to deliver a seamless candidate experience.
• Ensure operational excellence in the hiring process, including managing timelines, budgets, and stakeholder expectations.
• Help scale our world-class technical organization as we build the future of the Verifiable Internet.

• Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of the LATAM tech market and ability to build relationships with key stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
