Senior Business Analyst (Contract)

This is a full remote job available from Paraguay, Brazil, Colombia, Argentina, Chile, Bolivia, and Peru.

We are hiring a senior Business Analyst to lead requirements, design, and delivery for a marketplace platform focused on talent search, lead generation, and sales enablement. This role is central to building the product foundation, translating stakeholder goals into clear requirements, and ensuring features convert prospects into job orders.

You will work across product, legal/compliance, QA, and go-to-market teams to define user journeys, acceptance criteria, and tracking/opt-in flows. The role offers the opportunity to shape architecture and analytics for a marketplace that leverages talent intelligence, search/matching AI, and ATS integration.

Responsibilities:

• Capture detailed functional requirements from stakeholders and translate them into clear, actionable product requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define user journeys, acceptance criteria, and tracking/opt-in flows.
• Work with product, legal/compliance, QA, and go-to-market teams to ensure features convert prospects into job orders.
• Shape architecture and analytics for a marketplace that leverages talent intelligence, search/matching AI, and ATS integration.

• Senior Business Analyst experience in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of business requirements and product development.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
