REPORTS TO: Talent Acquisition Manager

JOB STATUS: Full-time, 12-months

FLSA: Exempt

COMPENSATION: $75,000-$85,000 Salaried (based on experience)

DATES: Immediate start

BENEFITS: Eligible

The Talent Acquisition Specialist plays a crucial role in support of the recruiting and hiring of teaching and non-teaching faculty. The position demands an individual who is welcoming, patient, good-humored, extremely detail-oriented, and organized.

As a diverse, inclusive school devoted to preparing our students to live and work in a globalized and multicultural society, the Talent Acquisition Manager shows competency in DEI practices, in particular, as it relates to attracting and retaining top talent for the school.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

  • Serve as talent acquisition professional responsible for hiring daily substitutes, casual employees, athletics coaches, and other staff as appropriate.
  • Send employee agreements to, and launch onboarding process for, daily substitutes, casual employees, athletic coaches, and other staff as appropriate.
  • Coordinate and facilitate on-site and virtual interviews, ensuring that all necessary documentation and information has been provided to the interviewing teams, where applicable.
  • Manage interviewing and hiring processes for daily substitutes, casual employees, athletic coaches and other staff as directed by sourcing candidates, as needed, reviewing and creating applicant files, building candidate lists, and sharing with the appropriate team members.
  • Conduct and/or attend initial interviews, and ensure that all necessary documentation and information has been provided to the interviewing teams, where applicable.
