We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Recruiter to own full-cycle (360) recruitment for a high-growth client in the podcast and digital media industry.

This role is heavily focused on high-volume hiring across sales, technology, and marketing functions.

The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, is confident managing multiple hiring pipelines, and excels at partnering with hiring managers to deliver results quickly and efficiently.

The Senior Recruiter will be responsible for:

• Own full-cycle (360) recruitment across multiple role types and seniority levels
• Manage high-volume hiring pipelines for a key media-focused client
• Partner closely with hiring managers to scope roles and drive hiring priorities
• Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn and other channels
• Conduct candidate screening and interviews through to offer stage
• Maintain accurate hiring data, reporting, and pipeline tracking within ATS

The ideal candidate will have:

• At least 5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced environment
• Proven track record of delivering high-volume hiring results
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a remote environment and manage multiple priorities
