The Admissions Associate plays a pivotal role within the Enrollment Team, supporting all aspects of recruitment, outreach, and admissions operations. This position combines relationship management, program coordination, and administrative responsibilities to ensure prospective families experience the warmth, professionalism, and excellence of a Rectory education from their first point of contact onward.

Reporting to the Director of Enrollment Management, the Admissions Associate will engage with families and consultants throughout the admissions process, and represent Rectory both on campus and at off-site and virtual events.

• Comfortable using technology and online management systems; experience with Blackbaud, Excel, and Google Drive preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• The ability to communicate clearly in written and oral forms with a diversity of constituents.
• Must be able to manage multiple tasks at one time, set priorities, and use excellent judgment in decision-making.
• Must be able to function efficiently and effectively with frequent interruptions and in-person interactions.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to connect authentically with families from diverse backgrounds.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Prior experience in independent schools or related fields is highly desirable.
