Ravenscroft School seeks an energetic, relational, and strategic admissions professional to serve as Assistant/Associate Director of Admissions. This role is central to advancing the school’s enrollment goals by guiding prospective families through the inquiry-to-enrollment process and helping shape a thoughtful, data-informed recruitment and conversion strategy.
The Assistant/Associate Director will serve as a primary ambassador for the school — building strong relationships with students, families, and community partners while collaborating closely with internal departments to support enrollment and retention efforts.

Key Responsibilities include:
- Enrollment and Recruitment Strategy: Serve as an active and creative thought partner in the development of a comprehensive recruitment and conversion strategy, incorporate current trends, best practices, data, and quantitative analysis into enrollment planning, and support schoolwide retention efforts.
- Admissions Process Management: Manage a division of the admissions funnel from inquiry through enrollment, field questions from prospective families, conduct campus tours and schedule student visits, lead parent and student interviews, maintain timely and strategic follow-up communication, coordinate divisional admissions events, and assist with admission testing as needed.
- Admissions Committee Leadership: Manage divisional Admissions Committees, review applicant files, onboard and guide committee members, and recommend and select candidates for admission.
- Relationship Building & Collaboration: Partner with the Director of Enrollment to build and maintain relationships with area schools, educational organizations, and community partners.
