The next Director of Enrollment Management will build on this position of strength by guiding the school’s enrollment strategy, ensuring that Pegasus continues to attract mission-aligned families while sustaining a vibrant and engaged community.
Reporting to the Head of School, the Director of Enrollment Management serves as a key strategic partner in advancing the school’s mission and supporting the long-term health and sustainability of its enrollment.
The Director leads the development and implementation of a comprehensive enrollment strategy that integrates admissions, financial aid, collaboration with marketing and communications, and retention efforts.
Working closely with the Head of School and leadership team, the Director analyzes enrollment data, demographic trends, and market conditions to inform recruitment and retention strategies.
