Duties include operating manufacturing machines, inspecting and checking plastic containers. Factory equipment is automated. Start on day shift until skills acquired, then rotate through 3 shifts biweekly.
Three-shift rotation: day (8:30-17:15), evening (16:30-25:15), night (24:30-9:15), each with 45 min break. 5 days per week. No overtime. Long-term (3+ months). Deep night (22:00-5:00): 1,750 yen.

No experience required (machine operator experience welcome). Training on day shift first.
