Factory Assembly Part-Time Job

This is a rubber packing manufacturing, processing, and inspection position at an automotive parts factory in Narita City, Chiba Prefecture, dispatched through UT Agent.

Tasks involve manufacturing and processing rubber window seals for automobiles, along with quality inspection — simple, clearly defined work that most staff start with no prior experience.

The base shift is daytime (08:00-17:00), with possible rotation to evening or overnight shifts during busy periods such as year-end.

Weekdays only with weekends off, and a transfer support program to direct employment with the client manufacturer is available.

Car and motorbike commuting are welcome, and company dormitory accommodation is available for those relocating.

An instant pay service is available allowing partial daily wage payment.
