Job Description:

The Assistant Athletic Director will help spearhead the transformation of our K-12 athletics program. The ideal candidate inspires innovative ideas and brings strong knowledge of and experience with the varied facets of managing lower, middle, and high school athletic programs. This role serves as a liaison, working with institutional departments and external partners to ensure the success of our athletic programs.

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of and experience with managing lower, middle, and high school athletic programs.
  • Ability to inspire innovative ideas and lead the transformation of our K-12 athletics program.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with students, parents, faculty, and staff.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve goals and objectives.
