Job Description:

St. Mary’s Academy is seeking a warm, enthusiastic Lower School Learning Specialist to join our Lower School community. • Support the Lower School curriculum and teachers in implementing academic programs and strategies to meet the needs of students with diverse learning styles and abilities.
• Assist in the development and implementation of individualized learning plans for students with special needs.
• Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to ensure a comprehensive and supportive learning environment.
• Communicate regularly with parents and guardians to keep them informed of their child’s progress and to involve them in their child’s education.
• Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in special education and learning support.
