The Head Coach is expected to develop and implement effective practice plans and strategies, focusing on the fundamentals and advanced skills necessary for athletes to compete at the highest level. The Head Coach will also foster an environment that encourages both team and individual growth, while maintaining the health, safety, and welfare of every student-athlete.
