Admissions and Marketing Coordinator
Ventana School, a Reggio-inspired Preschool (2 yrs-5 yrs) and Elementary School (K-5) located on a beautiful campus in Silicon Valley, is hiring an Admissions and Marketing Coordinator. Our programs reflect our belief that children learn naturally through play, observation, and investigation. We value each child as an individual and a competent learner, full of ideas and eager to learn. The employee models the Ventana Values that guide the School. Ventana School (“VS”) is an outreach project of Christ Episcopal Church of Los Altos (“CCLA”), but is not a religious school.
We are seeking an Admissions and Marketing Coordinator who will dedicate approximately 70% of their time to admissions-related support and 30% to marketing, including managing social media and supporting the school’s design needs. This role reports to the Director of Enrollment Management.

Job responsibilities
Admissions
- Supports admissions events—including tours, open houses, and welcome events—by coordinating setup, arranging refreshments and snacks as needed, and managing name tags, registration, and attendance tracking.
- Managing the admissions calendar, ensuring all events are accurately scheduled, and participants are correctly assigned.
- Participates in weekly admissions team meetings and takes notes.
- Monitors and responds to inquiries from prospective families.
- Assists with data entry, record-keeping, and reporting.
Marketing
- Manages social media accounts, including creating and scheduling posts, responding to comments, and analyzing engagement metrics.
- Supports the school’s design needs, including creating visual content and managing the school’s brand identity.
- Develops and implements marketing campaigns to promote the school’s programs and events.
