The Lycée is seeking a highly organized, proactive Coordinator of After School Activities to manage the daily operations and administrative logistics of our primary extracurricular programs. This 12-month, full-time role serves as the operational point person for parent communication, student dismissal tracking, and preschool aftercare staff coordination. The ideal candidate will seamlessly pivot between administrative oversight and active classroom leadership in our Preschool Aftercare and Seasonal Camp programs.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Core Responsibilities Logistics & Dismissal Management

  • Central Dispatch: Manage real-time dismissal changes, club assignments, and authorized pickup updates; ensure all shifts are communicated immediately to teachers, instructors, and security.

  • Safe Transitions: Oversee the daily dismissal process, ensuring students move safely between classrooms and pickup zones while maintaining strict check-in/out records via school management software.

Requirements

  • Highly organized and proactive individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Experience working with children and families, preferably in an educational setting.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
