Work as a morning cleaning staff at a large office building (15 floors above, 3 below) in Nihonbashi Muromachi, Chuo-ku, Tokyo, near Mitsukoshimae and Shin-Nihonbashi stations.
Duties include patrolling and cleaning common areas and tenant spaces across all floors, including toilet cleaning. Simple tools: mops and handy dusters only.
Two early morning time options: 6:30-9:30 (3 hours) or 6:30-10:00 (3.5 hours). Weekdays only with weekends and holidays off. Long-term position.
High hourly rate of 1,600 yen. Monthly earnings about 112,000 yen (5 days/week, 3.5h option). Hair color free (within regulations). Female staff in their 20s-50s active.
