Early morning cleaning staff at Kobe Harborland umie shopping mall, covering pre-opening hours before the mall opens to the public.
Duties include toilet cleaning, mopping floors and elevator halls, and garbage collection — all using familiar everyday tools with no specialist equipment.
Fixed shift: Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday and public holidays (Tuesday and Thursday off), 07:00-10:30, 3.5 hours per shift with no overtime.
A team of approximately 4 staff per shift makes it easy to ask questions and settle in quickly — most staff are comfortable within one week.
Hair color and nails are free, and the workplace is popular with women in their 40s and 50s.
