Minimum 1 day per week and 3 hours per day. Biweekly shift submissions. No overtime.
Quarterly raise opportunities (10-200 yen per raise).
Leader Crew role: +100 yen plus 5,000 yen monthly allowance.
Skill check evaluation system.
No experience required. Weekday-only or weekend-only OK.
Eligible for dependent tax deduction.
Transportation expenses paid up to 1,500 yen/day. Car commuting OK.
