This role involves a wide range of responsibilities, primarily focusing on the management of Indonesian language interpreter dispatch staff.
This is a crucial position supporting operations to ensure interpreter staff can work confidently on-site.
Specifically, this includes supporting interpreter staff with their on-site interpreting work and handling adjustments and replacements in case of unexpected absences.
You will also be involved in the recruitment of Indonesian language interpreters dispatched to your location, supporting everything from securing personnel to placement.
Furthermore, you will handle labor-related tasks such as daily attendance management, contract creation and management, follow-up on interpreting and translation content, and other related administrative tasks.
This role involves travel by car within Aichi Prefecture to visit dispatch locations; your base is in Nagoya City.
You can leverage your Indonesian language skills cultivated through previous experience as an interpreter, instructor, or teacher, while also challenging yourself in areas such as management, recruitment, and labor management.
