Requirements

  • Master’s degree in School Counseling or related field
  • Experience working with students in grades 6-12 and post-graduates
  • Strong understanding of student development and learning theory
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and students
  • Experience with competency-based education and narrative assessment
