Requirements- Master’s degree in School Counseling or related field
- Experience working with students in grades 6-12 and post-graduates
- Strong understanding of student development and learning theory
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and students
- Experience with competency-based education and narrative assessment
