The Role's Core Values

The primary function of this position is to handle all customer service inquiries for our quickly growing business.

We are seeking an energetic and reliable candidate to provide support to new and existing customers while maintaining a high level of excellent service.

This role will work cross-functionally with many facets of the organization and partner closely with different teams to drive the business of Rebag.com and other platforms.

How We Measure Results

  • Answer all incoming customer service phone calls and emails in a timely manner
  • Live chat with customers as requests come in
  • Build relationships and engage with customers to drive loyalty and retention

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Experience in customer service or a related field
  • Fluency in Spanish and English
