Job Title: Data Testing Lead

Location: Chicago, IL (100% Remote – Local Candidates Preferred)

Rate: DOE (Dependent on Experience)

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Data Testing Lead to drive end-to-end validation of enterprise data platforms and integrations. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in data testing, complex data validation, performance testing of batch processes, and a technical understanding of modern data ecosystems, including Azure Data Lake, MuleSoft, and Databus architectures.

This role requires a blend of leadership, deep data analysis skills, and technical expertise to ensure high-quality, reliable, and performance-optimized data pipelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 8+ years of overall QA experience with a strong focus on Data Testing.
• Hands-on experience in data warehouse and ETL testing.
• Strong SQL skills with the ability to build complex validation queries.
• Experience validating structured and semi-structured data (JSON, XML).
• Knowledge of cloud data platforms, preferably Azure Data Lake.
