This role offers the chance to make a direct commercial impact while being based in two of the most exciting markets in the region, Peru or Argentina.

About the Role
As a Business Development Manager for LATAM, you will be responsible for developing strategic partnerships, expanding revenue, and strengthening the company's presence across Spanish-speaking Latin America. You will lead the full business development cycle, from market research and prospecting to negotiation and onboarding, while collaborating with internal teams to ensure long-lasting success.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and enjoys taking initiative, solving challenges, and working closely with regional decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new commercial opportunities across LATAM, with a strong focus on Spanish-speaking markets.
  • Build and nurture relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
  • Conduct market analysis to anticipate trends, competition, and emerging opportunities.
  • Lead proposals, presentations, and negotiations to secure new business partnerships.
  • Collaborate with marketing, operations, and product teams to support onboarding and retention.
  • Maintain an active sales pipeline and deliver regular performance forecasts.
  • Represent the company in events, meetings, and industry networks across the region when necessary.

Requirements

Requirements

  • Native or fluent Spanish, plus strong English communication skills.
  • Proven background in business development or sales, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Strong understanding of the LATAM market and its dynamics.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Results-driven and target-oriented.
