This is a unique opportunity to lead commercial initiatives while working across some of the region's most dynamic and diverse countries: Chile, Panama, Mexico, Brazil, Argentina, and Peru.

About the Role
As a Business Development Manager for LATAM, you will take ownership of expanding the company's presence and driving revenue growth across Spanish-speaking Latin American markets. You will identify opportunities, establish strategic partnerships, and secure high-value deals while collaborating with internal teams to ensure long-term success. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of strategic planning and hands-on execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across LATAM, focusing on Chile, Panama, Mexico, Brazil, Argentina, and Peru.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
  • Conduct market analysis to anticipate trends, competition, and emerging opportunities.
  • Lead negotiations and secure commercial agreements that align with company objectives.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding and partner retention.
  • Maintain an active sales pipeline and provide regular forecasts to senior management.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and business meetings across the region.

Requirements

  • Native or fluent Spanish, with strong English communication skills.
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, partnerships, or account management with a strong track record of success.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to secure high-value deals and agreements.
