About the role

Join our People & Culture team where collaboration isn’t just encouraged—it’s how we work every day. You’ll be part of a supportive, high-trust environment where ideas are shared openly, wins are celebrated together, and challenges are tackled as a team. We’re committed to continuous improvement, always looking for smarter, more effective ways to deliver value to our people and the organisation.

You will also build and maintain expertise as a systems administrator for Employment Hero, including designing and optimising workflows, enhancing dashboards and workforce data capabilities, and improving system connectivity and employee engagement.
