This role is part of our mission to cultivate the boundless potential of highly gifted children. We are seeking a Learning Support Specialist to work in close partnership with the Director of Educational Support Services and Division Heads to provide direct, research-based academic support to highly gifted and neurodiverse students.

• Provide direct, research-based academic support to highly gifted and neurodiverse students.
• Work in close partnership with the Director of Educational Support Services and Division Heads.
• Ensure that students with learning differences, neurodivergent profiles, or specific academic needs are fully supported in accessing and thriving in our advanced curriculum.
• Demonstrate exceptional reasoning and intellectual depth alongside challenge.
