This position will lead and coordinate a comprehensive, mission-aligned system of support that ensures each highly gifted student thrives intellectually, socially, and emotionally.

Requirements

  • Lead and coordinate a comprehensive system of support for highly gifted students.
  • Recognize and respond to the full complexity of gifted development, including asynchronous growth, intensities, and neurodiversity.
  • Develop and implement strategies to support students' intellectual, social, and emotional growth.
  • Cultivate a culture of inclusivity and connectivity in which students' academic, co-curricular, and socio-emotional experiences and needs are supported.
  • Model empathy and respect in the communal effort to enhance whole-child learning.
