POSITION DESCRIPTION: This role supports the Engineering Thinking Program at Town School for Boys by maintaining tools and equipment, facilitating student Open Studio sessions and developing instructional and safety resources within a K-8 mentorship environment. This role also assists with curricular development by collaborating with the Engineering Program Lead to integrate resources into the broader curriculum and supporting school-wide efforts to evolve teaching practices.
