The customer base is primarily office workers from nearby buildings, making for a rhythmic and busy lunchtime atmosphere followed by quieter periods, creating a good work-life dynamic.
Tasks include udon cooking assistance, tempura preparation, cashier duties with auto-change machine, dishwashing, and store cleaning, with each role clearly divided for efficient teamwork.
Shifts are lunchtime-only (11:00-15:00), weekdays only with weekends and holidays off, making this ideal for those with family or other commitments.
