Job Description:
You will be involved in all aspects of store operations, including front-of-house and kitchen duties.
Front-of-House Duties:
- Guiding customers
- Serving food and drinks
- Preparing monjayaki at tables
Kitchen Duties:
- Preparing food and drinks
- Plating
- Food preparation
- Dishwashing
Other Duties:
- Store cleaning
- Equipment management
Skills and Experience Acquired:
Even without prior experience, you can acquire a wide range of specialized skills, including:
- Culinary Skills:
- Knife skills
- Beautiful presentation
- Procurement and ingredient selection
- Specialized Knowledge:
- Knowledge of shochu, whiskey, liqueurs, spirits, and cheese
- Operations and Management:
- Service manners
- Menu development
- Management as a store manager candidate
Salary and Benefits:
Monthly Salary: ¥290,000 - ¥350,000 (+ overtime pay)
Bonus/Salary Increase: Available
Working Hours:
Monday-Friday 18:00-27:00
Saturday, Sunday 17:00-27:00
Holidays: 9 days per month (shift system)
