## Job Description
Main duties: Serving customers in the dining area, kitchen assistance, food preparation
Onboarding process: 1. Mastering basic operations such as customer service and food preparation. 2. As a potential leader, managing sales, training and managing part-time staff. 3. Stepping up to general management duties.
Training system: One-on-one on-the-job training by senior staff (experience in the industry is not required, provided you have prior work experience).
## Working Hours and Holidays
Working Hours: 9:00 - 24:00 (Shift system / 8 hours actual work)
Holidays: 115 days per year / 2 days off per week
Leave System: Paid leave (10 days granted after 6 months), bereavement leave, seasonal leave, maternity/paternity/childcare leave
