This is a fresh fish processing staff position at Hanshin Higesada, a seafood shop inside the Hanshin Umeda Food Hall, Kita Ward, Osaka City. Work involves fish preparation tasks such as gutting and cleaning, cutting into fillets, and making sashimi slices. Tasks are assigned gradually according to your skill level and experience — those with seafood industry experience are preferred but career returners are welcome. The workplace is equipped with a uniform, changing room, lockers, break room, and staff cafeteria. Hair color flexibility is allowed within guidelines.
