This is a retail service staff position at Gateau Festa Harada, a popular rusk specialty shop located at Keio Department Store Shinjuku, a 1-minute walk from Shinjuku Station in Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo.
The store runs a buddy system pairing new staff with experienced members for the first month, allowing a gradual step-up from product replenishment to register and customer guidance duties.
Staff handle customer service, register operation, product ordering and inventory management, and store cleaning, with position rotation every 2-3 hours to keep work engaging.
No experience is required; high school graduate or above preferred, and a full transportation allowance and Daimaru Matsuzakaya shopping discount are provided.
