Shifts start from just 1 day per week and 3 hours per day, with very flexible scheduling available.
Weekend-only working arrangements are also available, with a Saturday and Sunday hourly rate 100 yen higher than the standard rate.
A guaranteed pay raise is provided after 6 months.
Overtime is minimal, with extensions typically only 30 minutes to 1 hour if they occur at all.

Car and motorbike commuting is permitted.
