This is a Full Remote job, available from anywhere in Spain.
We are looking for a DevOps Engineer/SRE with:
- Experience in AWS.
- Extensive knowledge of LZ, Direct Connect, AWS Organizations, SCPs, etc.
- Extensive knowledge of EKS, CI/CD, Kubernetes.
- Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/GitHub Actions, etc.).
The Senior Operations and SRE Engineer will play a key role in managing and optimizing the AWS infrastructure, automating processes, and ensuring the reliability and scalability of the Secure Landing Zone.
This position requires a deep understanding of cloud operations and SRE principles, as well as the ability to mentor junior profiles and lead technical initiatives.

Key responsibilities:
- Advanced monitoring and incident response: Lead the monitoring of the infrastructure and manage complex incidents, performing root cause analysis and implementing long-term solutions.
- Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Design, implement, and maintain robust infrastructure automation solutions using tools like Terraform and GitHub Actions.
- Performance and reliability optimization: Identify and address performance bottlenecks, optimize resource usage, and ensure high availability of services.
- CI/CD pipeline management: Supervise the design and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines, ensuring smooth and reliable infrastructure deployments.
- Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior engineers, helping them develop their skills and grow in their roles.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other teams (application owners, SLZ Engineering & Support) to ensure that products and services meet the required quality and reliability standards.
