Senior Technical Assessor/Interviewer - Mobile Applications (Ionic)

The Senior Technical Assessor/Interviewer will evaluate technical candidates for various senior-level Ionic development positions, ensuring they meet the highest standards of technical proficiency, problem-solving abilities, and cultural fit.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep expertise in Ionic development methodologies, tools, and practices, along with a strong ability to mentor and guide the technical assessment process.

The Senior Technical Assessor/Interviewer will be responsible for:

• Designing and conducting comprehensive technical interviews and assessments for senior-level Ionic development positions.
• Developing and continuously updating advanced assessment criteria and interview questions to reflect the latest Ionic development trends, tools, and best practices.
• Collaborating closely with the HR and development teams to understand complex role requirements, desired skills, and team dynamics.
• Providing detailed, actionable feedback and recommendations to the hiring team, playing a key role in informing hiring decisions.
