Saint Patrick Catholic School is currently seeking (2) Lower School Teacher Assistants to nurture and support Kindergarten students in their personal and academic growth beginning August 2026 for the 2026 - 2027 academic year.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to the classroom teacher and students by reinforcing the teacher’s instruction
• Understand child development and use this knowledge to maximize a child’s experience
• Assist in establishing and maintaining a safe, respectful, nurturing classroom environment in accordance with school policies and procedures
• Support the classroom teacher in implementing lesson plans and instructional strategies
• Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues to ensure a positive and supportive learning environment

• BA/BS in Early Childhood Education or related field
• Experience working with Kindergarten students
• Ability to establish and maintain a safe, respectful, and nurturing classroom environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with faculty, staff, and students
